About the RoleWe are looking for a senior leader with a total of 15+ years of professional experience, of which at least 5 years must have been spent leading cross-functional sales and/or marketing teams, to lead and build our Digital Marketing division.The ideal candidate has spent 8–10 years in core sales roles and has subsequently transitioned into digital marketing, with approximately 7–8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, to drive sales and lead generation through digital platforms.This role is for someone who has lived in sales and now applies that experience to design and execute digital marketing strategies that generate measurable business outcomes —leads, conversions, and revenue.This is a leadership role with ownership, not a campaign-only position.Our Digital Marketing Vision & ApproachWe will be targeting small and medium-sized businesses across India, typically companies with ₹20 Crore+ annual turnover.We will operate with complete strategic transparency — openly sharing our strategy and performance projections with clients and committing to measurable results that guarantee predictable outcomes for every rupee they invest.
