Position: Chief Financial OfficerCTC: Rs. 40 - Rs. 50 lacs p.a. +We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to bolster the Senior Management Team, a partner to take the organisation forward.We are looking for the person who is remarkable at planning & executing the following responsibilities:- Managing all accounting operations, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow Management, Credit Control and General Ledger.- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.Responsible for composing and issuing financial reports that are given out to investors, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.- Monitors financial details to ensure statutory compliance.- Prepare Annual Budget and Monitor all Costs and Expenses to increase Profitability.- Planning for the company's financial future by drawing up short- and long-term plans, as well as coordinating with top executives about the company's direction.- Conduct regular audits of expenditures, assets and liabilities, making sure the recorded figures are verifiable and accurate.- Design, Execute and Monitor a Robust, Effective Financial Control System.- Supervise, monitor and evaluate team performance.- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.- Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.- Build outside relationships with stakeholders (banks, stockholders, etc.) with a financial interest of the Company.- Develop & implement a fund-raising plan for raising funds through Banks, PE, VC etc.- Act as SPOC within departments and bankers to ensure the smooth flow of data between departments.- Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems.- Designs and maintains a robust MIS system.- Provide regular performance updates to the executive and senior leadership team.You'll be responsible for leading & working with a team, contributing to the noise during brainstorming sessions, establishing processes and systems & ensuring the deliverable takes place on-time, on-budget and is simply the best.The role will also be very hands-on, so we are looking for people willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.Education and Skills Required:- CA- 10 to 15 years of experience- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases- Knowledge of CS- Proven working experience in fundraising, planning & financial reporting- Location : Chembur (6 days working - Hybrid)
