Role & responsibilities :- Require carrying all Statutory Pre-Employment Medical Check up. - Perform periodic health checkups based on occupational risks. - Provide prompt medical care in case of accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies at the workplace. - Regular checkup of employees working in Hazardous areas. - Maintain health surveillance programs for workers exposed to hazardous substances. - Train workers in basic first aid and emergency response. - Responsible for Implementation of Medical Policy Reimbursement. - Maintain and supervise first aid facilities and ambulance services. - Conducting Awareness Campaigns on Health, First Aid etc. - Responsible for Liaison with local Hospitals and Doctors and ESI Hospitals. - Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Factories Rules, and other occupational health regulations. - Collaborate with the Safety/HSE department to conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments.Qualifications & Experience:- Medical degree and valid medical licenses from Govt Indian Institute. - Over 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a medical practitioner. - MBBS degree is mandatory ; MD is desirable, AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) - Experience in occupational health or industrial medicine. - Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills. - Ability to handle medical emergencies. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in maintaining medical records.
