Product / Brand Manager – Hip Replacement PortfolioPLUS Orthopaedics was founded in 2004 as a medical devices company and is now a leading provider of implants for hip and knee arthroplasty. The company has quickly evolved into a solution provider for Joint Replacement systems. We are looking for Junior Product Manger to handle Hip Replacement PortfolioLocation: ChennaiRoles and Responsibilities -·Develop and update marketing / Instrumentation and promotion material pertaining to Hip portfolio·Ensure that the sales team is updated with product changes and new product developments.·Participate in industry-specific trade conferences.·Responsible for reviewing product performance and suggest required changes.·Conducting CMEs, workshops, training.·Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics and also improvisations in the instrumentations.·Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.Desired Candidate Profile·Min 6-7 years of experience in Brand Management in Pharma /Medical devices·Experience in handling Hip Replacement in Orthopaedic segment will be an added advantage·Age not more than 35 years·Preferably Science/ B Pharmacy Graduate·Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills·Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.·Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies·Location Strictly from Chennai
