In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with both new and existing customers over the phone to understand their health insurance needs, address their queries, and recommend suitable insurance plans. You will play a key role in driving sales by building trust, educating customers on product features and benefits, and guiding them through the purchase process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, a persuasive and consultative sales approach, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
