Site Location: MumbaiReports To: Project ManagerCTC Budget: 5-6 LPAExperience - Minimum 2 yearsKey Responsibilities:- Project Supervision:Oversee all on-site activities on a daily basis, monitor progress, and ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.- Team Management:Day-to-day supervision of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring schedules are met.- Stakeholder Communication:Act as the main point of contact between clients, engineers, architects, and internal management, reporting on progress and addressing any concerns that arise.- Health & Safety:Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes and safety protocols.- Resource Management:Allocate resources effectively, order materials, and ensure that necessary tools and equipment are available.- Documentation & Reporting:Prepare and submit site reports, maintain accurate records of progress, check drawings and communicates issues to stakeholders.- Problem Solving:Proactively identify and resolve delays, issues, and conflicts that arise on-site to maintain project's timeline.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering - Minimum 2 years of experience in site management or construction supervision. - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control. - Good communication skills - Proficiency in site management software and reporting tools.Sparrow Interactive:Who we are:We are an Experiential Design Agency headquartered out of Delhi.As an organization Sparrow has been in business for over 2 decades and with a 100+ strong team we cater to experiential marketing needs of real estate brands across India as well as Middle East.
