This is ahigh-ownership, field-focused sales rolebest suited for professionals who enjoy territory work, in-person demos, and performance-linked growth.Key Responsibilities Own sales and business development for Soil Spectra within the assigned territory Identify and engageFPOs, CBBOs, agri input dealers, NGOs, and institutional partners Conductin-person product demonstrationsat FPO offices, Soil testing camps, Farmer meetings, Dealer locations Drive lead conversion through structured follow-ups and relationship building Work closely with FPO leadership and field staff to explain benefits and use cases Maintain a basic lead tracker / CRM (visits, demos, follow-ups, outcomes) Coordinate internally for demo support, documentation, and closure processes Collect market feedback, objections, and insights to support product and sales strategy Travel extensively within the assigned territory as part of daily workWho Should Apply (Ideal Profile) This role is ideal for candidates with1–5 years of field sales experience , especially in agriculture or rural markets.
