Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling performance-driven paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the company’s performance marketing strategy, leading a high-performing team, and delivering measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making.Key Roles and Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Own end-to-end campaign strategy, from planning and budgeting to execution, optimization, and reporting. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Performance/Paid Media specialists to maximize efficiency, ROI, and growth. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for continuous optimization. - Drive experimentation and testing (A/B testing, audience segmentation, creatives, landing pages) to improve conversion rates and scalability. - Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Content, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment with overall business and marketing objectives. - Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership.Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with a proven track record of driving successful, ROI-focused campaigns. - At least 2 years of people management experience, leading a team of 3–4 members and managing a portfolio of 10+ accounts. - Strong hands-on expertise with major digital advertising platforms and analytics tools. - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions. - Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
