Project Commissioning and O&M Head - CBG.Location: GurugramMon- FriCTC: 25-28 LPAExp. Minimum 10+ YearsPlease share resume at hr@ or WhatsApp 9266540966Role Description- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Project Commissioning and O&M Head.1. 12-15 years in Oil & Gas, Chemical or CBG Plant project, at least 2-year experience in operating a CBG plant would be preferred2. Strong knowledge of O&G, chemical or CBG plant process design, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), instrumentation, PLC/SCADA automation, and control systems.3. Proven track record of commissioning and operating a small to medium sized plant’s4. Vendor Management and co-ordination is a must to resolve site issues5. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management7. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IS, IEC, NFPA, ISO, etc.)8. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsTechnical Leadership• Review and interpret engineering drawings (P&ID, GA, SLD, wiring diagrams, control logic).• Coordinate with design if needed to troubleshoot the CBG plant• Ensure correct installation of pumps, blowers, piping, valves, tanks, compressors, chiller and other mechanical equipment.Commissioning & Handover• Prepare detailed commissioning plan• Execute plant pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance trials.Operation & Maintenance of Commissioned Plants• Ensure smooth operations of commissioned plant by periodic visit.• Review of plant performance of the CBG plant and take necessary action to prevent any damages to the BUP equipment. This must be communicated in a report when needed and follow through to ensure client takes appropriate actions on the BGE recommendationsHSE & Quality Compliance • Enforce safety protocols at site as per ISO and OSHA standards. • Implement quality checks and maintain documentation for audits.
