We’re focused on CCaaS and contact-center platforms that want to launch Voice AI as a native revenue product for their customers.The MissionOwn and scale Zudu AI’s partner-led growth by onboarding CCaaS/contact-center platforms and enabling them to embed/white-label Zudu AI, launch AI voice SKUs, and drive revenue through their customer base.This is a founding GTM role — you will build the playbook, close partnerships, and drive early revenue.What You’ll DoPartner Acquisition & Deal Closing- Identify and close strategic partnerships with CCaaS platforms, contact center solution providers, CPaaS/telephony platforms, and contact-center ecosystem players. - Run full-cycle partner deals: outreach → discovery → solution mapping → commercials → contract → launch.Partner Enablement & Revenue- Build and execute partner enablement: demos, playbooks, messaging, pricing packaging, and sales training for partner teams. - Drive first deployments with partners (POC → production) and expand within partner customer accounts.Product + Market Feedback Loop- Translate partner/customer needs into crisp requirements for Product/Engineering. - Shape the partner-ready roadmap: multi-tenant needs, billing hooks, reporting, integrations, reliability.Build the SystemCreate repeatable processes: ICP, outreach sequences, pipeline stages, mutual action plans, POV templates, objection handling, ROI narratives.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)- Build target list and pipeline of 20–40 qualified CCaaS/contact-center partners - Close 1–2 partner agreements - Launch 2–5 partner-led customer deployments (POC or production) - Ship a repeatable “Partner POV-in-a-Box” playbookMust-Have Experience- Proven experience selling or partnering in CCaaS / CPaaS / contact center software / telecom / voice AI ecosystems - Strong understanding of contact center workflows (queues, AHT, transfers, QA, compliance, escalation) - Ability to sell to founders/CEOs, Head of Product, Head of CX, and CTO - Experience with partner motions: revenue share, resale, white-label/embedded models - Comfort with technical conversations (SIP/telephony basics, integrations, APIs). You don’t need to code, but you must hold your own.Nice-to-Have- Experience with platforms like Five9 / Genesys / Avaya / Amazon Connect / Twilio / Zoom / Talkdesk (or regional CCaaS platforms) - Experience working with BPOs/SIs and partner-led enterprise deployments - Prior startup experience (0→1 or 1→10)Traits We Value- High ownership, speed, and accountability - Strong negotiation + deal structuring - Can operate without heavy support (you build first, then scale) - Partner-first mindset: you make the partner’s sales team successfulCompensation- Competitive base + performance incentives.
