Job Title: Web Designer cum Digital MarketerLocation: West Mambalam, Chennai, Tamil NaduJob Type: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹30,000.00 OnwardsEducation: Bachelor's (Required)Experience Required: 3+ yearsPreference: Candidates with US experience️ Key Responsibilities:Website Development & Maintenance- Create a new company website from scratch - Maintain and regularly update existing websites - Ensure websites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimizedSocial Media Strategy & Content- Design custom social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter - Handle content scheduling, audience engagement, and follower growth - Build a consistent online presence across platformsContent Creation & Design- Develop engaging content using Canva, Photoshop, Freepik - Edit videos using CapCut or equivalent tools for promotions and reels - Strong writing and editing skills for captions, blogs, newsletters, and campaignsCRM & Campaigns- Use Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions, email campaigns, and lead workflows - Maintain accurate campaign reports and data logs - SEO & Analytics - Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices - Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools for traffic and performance reportingCollaboration- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and the management team - Develop a deep understanding of the business to create relevant and impactful marketing campaignsPortfolio & Branding- Create and manage company and client project portfolios (PDF & web versions) - Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communicationStrategy & Execution- Build and lead comprehensive business marketing strategies - Manage digital marketing independently, from idea to execution✅ Required Skills:- Strong communication and work ethic - Excellent multitasking and time management - Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Freepik, CapCut - Web design tools(Preferably GoDaddy tools) - SEO knowledge and social media tools - Strong English writing and creative content skillsJob Requirements:- Experience: - Digital Marketing: 3 years (Required) - Additional Preference: - Experience working with US-based clients or audiences - Knowledge of graphic and web design is an added advantageBenefits:- ✅ Health Insurance - ✅ Paid Time Off (PTO) - ✅ Provident Fund (PF) - ✅Monday to Friday - ✅ Casual and Sick Leaves
