Company Name : Willware TechnologiesRole : SAP Commerce Business AnalystExperience : 9+ YearsWork Mode : Remote | FreelancingSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:- The eCommerce Business Analyst role is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements. - Manage and communicate requirement, design, and priority changes, and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization. - Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation. - Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting Commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs. - Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members. - Accountable to complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.Requirements / Qualifications:- 6 to 10 years’ experience in general IT business analysis, which includes 6 years’ experience in any eCommerce business analysis - Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from the eCommerce domain (2–3 years’ experience in Hybris Commerce business analysis will be a plus) - Understanding of Commerce data structures and experience collecting, manipulating, and importing product catalog data into eCommerce systems (Project dependent) - Bachelor’s degree - Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines - Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision - Experience with global service delivery model - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Excellent communication skills
