Job Description

Role Purpose :: Own and scale the brand, demand generation, and growth engine across digital, physical, and phygital channels—building a trusted, high-recall consumer brand while optimizing CAC and accelerating sustainable growth.Position :: VP/SVP/EVPKey Responsibilities- Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, offline, and experiential channels. - Source, Lead, Mentor and scale the digital & growth team, - Own brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and customer trust narrative. - Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement across channels. - Lead performance marketing, SEO/ASO, content, social, influencer, and CRM programs. - Design and execute phygital campaigns (on-ground activations, RWAs, events, OOH, retail tie-ups). - Build and manage strategic marketing partnerships (ecosystem, co-branding, promotions). - Own marketing analytics, attribution, CAC/LTV optimization, and experimentation. - Own Marketing budgets and forecasting. - Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams to align growth initiatives.Success Metrics- CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention - Brand awareness & trust scores - Growth velocity and marketing ROIProfile- 10–15+ years in consumer marketing (digital-first, B2C, services/marketplace preferred) - Strong blend of brand + performance + partnerships - Data-driven, creative, execution-oriented leaderAcademic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Engineering. - MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute is strongly preferred.Good-to-Have Experience / Exposure- Experience in consumer marketplaces, on-demand services, or B2C platforms. - Exposure to phygital marketing, local activations, and community-led growth. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation, attribution tools, and experimentation frameworks. - Experience building or scaling a brand from early to growth stage. - Exposure to partnership-led growth and ecosystem marketing. - Familiarity with GenAI-enabled marketing (content, creatives, insights) is a plus.
