Title: Domestic HR ManagerLocation: Hyderabad, TelanganaJob Description:We are looking for a highly experienced Domestic HR Manager with 10+ years of experience in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to working with clients, managing long-term client relationships, leading HR and recruitment teams, and conducting technical screenings for a variety of IT and project-based roles. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of domestic HR and recruitment operationsResponsibilities:- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with domestic clients, serving as a trusted HR and recruitment partner - Understand client workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring and HR strategies - Lead, mentor, and manage HR and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery - Oversee the complete domestic recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding - Conduct technical screenings and coordinate advanced interviews for roles such as Java Full Stack, Python, AI Engineers, AWS DevOps, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators - Ensure compliance with company HR policies, Indian labor laws, and recruitment best practices - Track team performance, define KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements - Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and client updates to senior managementExperience Required:- 10+ years of relevant experience in Domestic HR and Recruitment within IndiaTop Skills:- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management - In-depth knowledge of domestic HR and recruitment processes - Team leadership and people management - Technical screening and interview coordination - Proven hiring expertise in IT technologies, including Java Full Stack, Python, AI, AWS DevOps, and project-based roles - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
