This role will manage executive-level projects, align cross-functional teams and enhance decision-making by providing insights, data, and structured processes.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution- Support the Leader in planning, prioritizing, and executing key strategic initiatives. - Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and metrics. - Track progress on company-wide Objective, strategic projects, and performance indicators. - Conduct research and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making. - Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, performance, and operational excellence.Operational & Administrative Management- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure alignment on high-priority tasks and deadlines. - Draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports. - Support the Leader in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and drafting minutes. - Assist with special projects, research assignments, and strategic initiatives as requested by the Leader.Relationship Management- Serve as the primary liaison between the Leader and internal teams, senior leadership team, clients, and external partners. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships on behalf of the executive office. - track and monitor action items and deliverables resulting from executive discussions.Required Experience:- MBA from Tier 1 institutes with over 2 years of relevant experience. - Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex organizations. - Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority. - Experience supporting or working closely with senior leadership team. - Track record of managing strategic projects, organizational planning and change management. - Strong background in developing and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics - Exceptional time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms. - Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and solve problems proactively
