We’re Hiring: Architect (Industrial & Residential Projects)Location: PuneExperience: 3–5 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented and motivated Architect with hands-on experience in industrial and residential projects. The role involves design development, consultant coordination, and execution support across multiple project stages.Key Responsibilities• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed working drawings for industrial and residential projects• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and basic 3D views• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for design integration• Assist with statutory drawings and approval documentation• Provide design clarifications and support to site execution teams• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetingsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in architecture• 3–5 years of relevant project experience• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp/Revit knowledge is a plus• Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution practices• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skillsGood to Have• Familiarity with local building by-laws and approval processes• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniquesApply by sharing your CV & portfolio at:connect@
