Azure Architect10+ yearsPune/Bengaluru/HyderabadResponsibility:Assessment Remediation:Analyze Azure Well-Architected Review and other assessment reports.Design and implement remediation strategies for security, performance, reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute remediation tasks.Architecture & Design:Architect scalable, secure, and resilient Azure solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.Develop Azure reference architectures and functional design specifications.Lead cloud migration and modernization efforts including re-platforming and re-hosting.Implementation & Delivery:Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.Automate infrastructure using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.Ensure compliance with Azure governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Leadership & Collaboration:Guide cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business analysts.Provide technical mentorship and training to junior architects and engineers.Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders and present architectural decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in Azure architecture.Strong knowledge of Azure services: Azure AD, Key Vault, App Services, Azure Monitor, NSGs, Load Balancers, etc.Experience with remediation of Azure assessment findings and Well-Architected Framework.Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and automation tools.Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR).Hands-on experience with cloud migration tools like ASR, AppZero, and Azure Migrate.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)ITIL, TOGAF, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
