Objectives of this role Work on a wide range of projects and media, using designing tools to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to plan social media postings, graphics for site and SEO activities Cover NY Engineers activities/ sports both indoor and outdoor and create graphical material to add on social mediaResponsibilities Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications Plan and execute social media activities with high quality graphics and short videos Help HR team to plan the internal branding activities with posters, after event videos and social media postsQualifications Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Two or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Photography experience and proficiency with photo and video editing software (add on) Understanding of social media – working and trends
