You will play a key role in resolving product, transaction, and utility-related queries while maintaining high service quality, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA adherence in a fast-paced fintech environment.Key Responsibilities● Handle customer queries through calls and emails.● Assist customers with product usage, transactions, and service-related issues● Log customer tickets accurately and ensure timely resolution● Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and closure as per defined TAT/SLA● Support customers with utility services such as bill payments, recharges, and BBPS● Maintain proper documentation and follow support processes consistently● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service qualityWhat We’re Looking For● 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role● Strong verbal and written communication skills● Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities● Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure● Basic understanding of fintech, payments, or utility services is an added advantage● Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentGood to Have● Experience supporting utility services such as electricity bills, recharges, and BBPS● Prior exposure to fintech, Saas based product, or digital payments customer supportWhy Join EnKash?● Be part of a fast-growing fintech company transforming B2B payments● Gain hands-on exposure to fintech products and utility services● Work in a collaborative, learning-driven environment● Opportunity to grow your career in customer experience and operations
