The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of storage systems while supporting data growth, backup/recovery operations, and disaster recovery initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support enterprise storage systems (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, IBM, Pure Storage or Nasuni). - Monitor storage capacity, performance, and health; proactively plan for scalability. - Implement and manage data backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions. - Migration of backup - Troubleshoot storage-related issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution. - Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with data retention and regulatory policies. - Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash). - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.Qualifications:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in storage administration. - Proficiency with SAN/NAS technologies, RAID, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS/CIFS protocols. - Experience with backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred: Certifications such as NetApp NCDA, EMC ECSA, or VMware VCP.
