Hiring: Social Media Content CreatorLocation: In-office (Pune)We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator who is confident on camera and passionate about fashion and digital content.Key Responsibilities- Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts), including planning, scripting, shooting, and editing - Design posts, carousels, stories, and banners using Canva and/or Photoshop - Support daily posting activities, including captions, hashtags, and basic community engagement - Participate in shooting lifestyle and fashion-related content - Research trends and brainstorm ideas for fashion-focused content - Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to ensure brand-aligned content - Track content performance and share insights for improvementRequirements- Experience: 1–3 years in content creation or social media (or relevant hands-on experience) - Ability to work from the office in Pune - Basic experience or strong interest in content creation - Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar - Working knowledge of Canva; Photoshop knowledge is an advantage - Good understanding of fashion trends, aesthetics, and social media best practices - Confident, creative, and proactive approach to work
