Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Odoo Technical Consultant/Developer to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications to meet our clients' specific business needs. You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Odoo solutions.Responsibilities:Odoo Development & Customization:Develop custom Odoo modules from scratch based on functional specifications.Customize existing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.Develop and maintain Odoo APIs for integration with other systems.Technical Design & Architecture:Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to the overall architecture of Odoo solutions.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.Testing & Debugging:Write and execute unit tests and integration tests.Debug and resolve technical issues in Odoo applications.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.Odoo Deployment & Maintenance:Assist with the deployment of Odoo instances on various platforms (e.g., cloud, on-premise).Monitor Odoo system performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Odoo applications.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress.Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo versions, features, and development best practices.Participate in Odoo training and certification programs.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2-3 years of experience as an Odoo Developer/Technical Consultant.Strong proficiency in Python programming.Experience with Odoo framework and architecture.Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).Experience with PostgreSQL database.Familiarity with Linux operating systems.Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in EnglishOdoo certification is a plus.
