Job SummaryThe Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies for the agency and its clients across digital channels. This role ensures brand consistency, strengthens market positioning, and drives brand growth through data-driven digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a strong understanding of digital ecosystems.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business and client objectives - Manage brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital platforms - Oversee digital campaigns including social media, content marketing, paid media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations - Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, content, and client service teams to ensure cohesive brand execution - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform brand decisions - Monitor brand performance using KPIs such as awareness, engagement, sentiment, and conversion metrics - Ensure brand consistency across websites, social channels, advertising materials, and client touchpoints - Manage brand guidelines and ensure compliance across internal teams and external partners - Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance and campaign outcomes - Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve brand impactRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and brand-building strategies - Proven experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy - Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
