The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential healthcare clients (clinics, practices, providers), reaching out through outbound channels, qualifying leads, and supporting deal closures for RCM services. This is ahands-on sales role , not a managerial position.Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and research potential U.S. and Canada -based healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, practices). Use tools such asApollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , or similar platforms to build prospect lists. Execute outbound sales activities via email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach. RCM / Medical Billing Sales Present ProCare RCM’s Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing services to prospects. Clearly explain RCM services, benefits, and value proposition to healthcare providers. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers. Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. CRM & Sales Tracking Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Track sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes. Share regular updates on outreach and conversion progress. Coordination & Follow-Ups Coordinate with internal operations or RCM delivery teams as needed during sales discussions. Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward. Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the operations team.Preferred Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience inRCM sales, medical billing sales, or healthcare B2B sales . Clear understanding ofRevenue Cycle Management (RCM)and medical billing processes. Experience selling services toU.S. healthcare providersis strongly preferred. Hands-on experience usingApollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , or similar lead generation tools. Good spoken and written English. Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, and follow-ups. Target-driven, disciplined, and persistent.
