Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance development workflows and product capabilities (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, RoohCode, Vertex AI, Cursor). Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development and AI.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Expertise inReact.js ,Redux ,TypeScript ,Node.js ,Express.js , and RESTful APIs. Strong understanding ofmicroservices architecture ,containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) , andcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience withCI/CD pipelines ,unit testing , andperformance tuning . Familiarity withdatabase technologiessuch as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Good to Have (AI/ML Exposure) Experience using or integrating AI-assisted development tools like: GitHub Copilot ,Claude ,RoohCode ,Cursor ,Google Vertex AI Understanding of how to integrate AI APIs or services into web applications. Exposure toAI/ML model deployment ,prompt engineering , orLLM-based featuresis a plus.Preferred Qualifications Experience in building SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade applications.
