Lead and support a nationwide consultant and technical expert network, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. Act as a trusted technical-commercial consultant for feed millers, integrators, and institutional buyers, providing solutions that demonstrate feed additive ROI and strengthen customer relationships - enhance business opportunities. Drive achievement of specialty product objectives by implementing strategies that support sustainable growth and market penetration. Oversee clinical trials and field evaluations, analyze outcomes, and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive technical reports. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on expanding adoption of the product portfolio and creating long-term partnerships. Continuously monitor product efficacy under field conditions and recommend improvements to maintain high standards of performance. Conduct training and capability-building sessions for sales and technical teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to communicate product benefits effectively. Provide benchmarking insights and market intelligence to help the organization maintain a competitive edge in animal nutrition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely introduction of new feed additives and contribute to building a robust product portfolio.The Person: Education & Experience:MVSc in Animal Nutrition (mandatory). Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in feed formulation, clinical trials, and technical-commercial roles. Proven experience in establishing feed additive ROI models and conducting field trials. Experience in managing consultant networks and driving customer engagement projects.Key Competencies:Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and feed additives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams. Ability to lead and manage large consultant networks effectively. Analytical mindset for interpreting trial data, feed conversion ratios (FCR), and ROI metrics. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
