As part of our expansion into energy efficiency and sustainability, we are seeking askilled Incentives & Rebates Program Managerto help us identify and secure funding, grants, and rebates for our projects across the United States.About the Role This position will focus onresearching, applying for, and trackingall relevantenergy incentives, grants, and rebatesoffered by U.S. federal, state, and utility programs. You will collaborate remotely with our U.S. operations, estimating, and finance teams to ensure every eligible project receives available financial benefits — directly increasing our project profitability and client value.Key Responsibilities Research and maintain a live database of U.S. energy incentive programs (DOE, CEC, CPUC, SGIP, IRA, EVSE, etc.). Prepare and submit incentive and rebate applications with required technical and financial documentation. Track application progress, approval status, and payout timelines. Generate monthly reports summarizing captured incentives and upcoming opportunities. Stay up to date with U.S. energy policies and clean-tech funding changes. Coordinate with accounting and project teams for compliance and documentation. The person who gets this job should also look into the cell phone towers installed on our rooftops in California.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or Energy Management . 3+ years of experiencein research, energy incentive programs, or grant administration. Strong English communication and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PDF editing, and online research. Experience with U.S. renewable energy, utility, or infrastructure programs is a major plus.Preferred Skills Understanding ofU.S. energy programssuch as theInflation Reduction Act (IRA) ,SGIP , orEV charging incentives . Familiarity withrenewable energy, solar, or energy storage systems . Prior work experience withU.S. clientsin the clean energy, engineering, or construction sectors.
