About the Role TheGTM Managerwill help shape and execute the go-to-market motion forLoglineAI . The company operates at the intersection ofAI-enabled content services(shots, sequences, campaigns, episodic work) andplatform/toolingbeing built for studios, agencies, and brands. This role sits close to the founder and product team and focuses onturning strategy into execution —helping define target segments, sharpen positioning, build pipeline, and convert early traction into repeatable revenue.Key Responsibilities Execute GTM initiatives across LoglineAI’sAI-powered studio servicesand emergingtools / OS offerings . Support definition ofICPs and priority segments(studios, streamers, production houses, agencies, large brands). Translate product capabilities intoclear positioning, messaging, and sales narratives . Driveoutbound and inbound growth efforts , including: Targeted outbound and account research Founder-led sales support Content, case studies, talks, events, and partnerships Run and learn fromgrowth experimentsacross channels, pricing inputs, packaging, and bundling. Act as thevoice of the customer , bringing structured market feedback to product and engineering teams. Track and report onpipeline, conversion metrics, deal velocity, and early unit economics . Collaborate closely with leadership to refine and scaleGTM playbooks .Requirements 4–5 years of experiencein GTM, growth, business development, or marketing roles within: B2B SaaS, Creative / production agencies, Media, entertainment, or content-tech ecosystems Hands-on experience executingearly-stage GTM motionsacross outbound, inbound, or partnerships. Exposure to selling or marketing intostudios, agencies, or large brandsis strongly preferred. Experience working with international markets or global clients (US / EU / APAC)ishighly preferred . Ability toarticulate complex products or workflowsclearly to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable operating inambiguous, fast-moving environments .
