As we enter our next phase, we are ready to bring our first full-time engineering partner in-house.Job Summary / Role OverviewWe are seeking a Founding Full Stack Flutter Developer to join us as our first long-term engineering hire and take full ownership of our mobile application end-to-end.This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys building real products from the ground up. You will work closely with the founder on product requirements and roadmap decisions, collaborate with an experienced designer on detailed UI/UX execution, and own technical decisions across frontend, backend, and deployment.This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a growing product with an engaged global audience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end development of a production-ready Flutter application (iOS and Android)Translate detailed product requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutionsDesign, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data modelsMake informed decisions around system architecture, performance, and scalabilityCollaborate directly with the founder on product direction, prioritisation, and executionImplement pixel-perfect UI from detailed Figma designs and redlinesTest code thoroughly to ensure stability, reliability, and production readinessManage the full release lifecycle, including deployments to the App Store and Google PlayProactively identify and resolve technical debt, performance issues, and stability risksTake long-term ownership of code quality, maintainability, and system healthRequired Qualifications / What We’re Looking ForStrong, hands-on experience building production applications with FlutterProven experience as a full stack developer (frontend, backend, and basic DevOps)Demonstrated ability to build and ship a product from scratchSolid understanding of system design and application architectureExperience designing, building, and consuming APIs and working with databasesAbility to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environmentClear and proactive communication skills, comfortable working directly with a founderStrong product intuition and understanding of user behaviour in mobile applicationsPreferred Skills / Nice to HaveExperience with audio, media, or content-driven applicationsFamiliarity with subscription models, payments, or monetisation featuresExperience refactoring or stabilising existing production systemsPrior startup or scale-up experience with high ownership responsibilityExperience working remotely with distributed or global teamsWork ScheduleAs the founder is based in the United States (Eastern Time), collaboration hours will align accordingly:Monday to Friday8:30 PM – 4:30 AM ISTBenefits / What We OfferAnnual compensation range: ₹22 – ₹30 lakhs per annum (based on experience and location)Fully remote role with long-term stabilityFounding-level ownership and real influence over technical directionDirect partnership with the founder — no management layers
