This role is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-oriented, working closely with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders.You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail) solutions across POS, pricing, promotions, inventory, and omnichannel scenarios.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Delivery & Solution DesignLead functional analysis and solution design for Dynamics 365 Commerce / RetailConfigure and implement:POS (Store Commerce)Pricing, discounts, promotionsAssortments, catalogs, and channelsInventory, fulfillment, and omnichannel scenariosTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurationsSupport Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT, and go-live readinessClient & Stakeholder EngagementWork directly with client business users (Retail Ops, Finance, IT)Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessionsAct as a functional advisor, not just a configuratorIntegration & Cross-Module CollaborationCollaborate with F&O consultants on:Financial postingsInventory and supply chain flowsWork with technical teams on integrations with:Payment providersE-commerce platformsThird-party POS or OMS systemsSupport & OptimizationProvide post-go-live support and optimizationAssist with issue triage, root-cause analysis, and functional fixesContribute to best practices, templates, and AVS delivery standardsRequired QualificationsMust-Have4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail / CommerceStrong functional knowledge of:POS operationsRetail pricing and promotionsInventory and fulfillment flowsExperience with at least one end-to-end D365 Commerce implementationStrong communication skills and client-facing experienceWillingness to work on-site in BangaloreNice-to-HaveExperience with Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply ChainExposure to omnichannel retail or e-commerce integrationsMicrosoft Dynamics certifications (Commerce / F&O)Experience working with global clients (US/EU)Why Join AVSSenior-led delivery model — no factory staffingReal ownership and influence over solutionsGlobal exposure across US, Europe, and APACClear growth path into solution leadershipStrong culture built around people, trust, and long-term careers
