About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real user problems through intuitive design. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft user-centric experiences across our product suite. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced product team.Responsibilities● Work with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and turn them into elegant design solutions.● Participate in the end-to-end design process: from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and design QA.● Translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces.● Create and maintain design system components and documentation.● Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing.● Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members.● Iterate based on data, feedback, and user insights.● Promote good design practices.Requirements● 2-3 years of experience in product/UX/UI design (internships count!).● Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, UI skills, and end-to-end product design process.● Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD● Understanding of design systems and component-based thinking● Strong communication and collaboration skills● Comfort with ambiguity and working on iterative product development● Awareness of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles Bonus Skills● Experience working in Agile product teams● Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS● Previous experience in SaaS , telephony, healthcare, or enterprise platforms● Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Posthog, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive design decisions
