We believe these non-negotiables enhance the quality of our relationships with clients, partners, and vendors of all identities and backgrounds to make us a better, more effective organization.Role ResponsibilitiesLead operations for monitoring and ensuring the quality of SSA productsIdentify and implement opportunities for automation and system improvementsDevelop and maintain documentation for operational procedures and algorithmsCollaborate with domain experts to refine and enhance product capabilitiesCommunicate operational challenges internally and convey technical work effectively to customers through both written and verbal communicationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related fieldStrong understanding of astrodynamics, specifically orbital mechanics concepts, and statistics1+ years of professional experience with Python programming, Git, and UNIX EnvironmentExceptional analytical skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills Preferred1+ years of experience in relevant fieldsFamiliarity with satellite operations and GNCFamiliarity with numerical analysis, especially but not limited to Linear algebra, Physics-based modeling, Numerical Optimization, Estimation theory, Statistical analysis, Probability theory, and Modeling & simulation
