We are looking for passionate Kindergarten Teachers who are NTT qualified or Montessori trained, with specialization in Early Childhood Education. The role involves nurturing young learners through play-based, age-appropriate teaching in a warm and engaging classroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education principlesCreate a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learnersFoster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentUse play-based and experiential learning methods to support holistic growthObserve, assess, and document children’s progress and development regularlyEncourage positive behaviour, independence, and curiosity among studentsCommunicate effectively with parents regarding children’s learning and well-beingMaintain classroom hygiene, safety standards, and daily routinesCollaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership for curriculum planningParticipate in school events, trainings, and professional development programsRequirementsNTT qualified / Montessori trained with specialization in Early Childhood EducationBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferredPrior teaching experience in kindergarten or preschool will be an advantageStrong understanding of child development and early learning practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, creativity, and a passion for working with young childrenAbility to manage classrooms effectively and handle children with careProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
