This role is for someone who can execute fast, maintain strong documentation hygiene, and ensure billing, payments, payroll, and compliance timelines don’t slip. You’ll work closely with the founders and coordinate with our CA support and external vendors.ResponsibilitiesBilling, Collections & ReceivablesRaise customer invoices, share them on time, and maintain an accurate tracker.Follow up on receivables and keep founders updated on status and next actions.Maintain payment proofs and customer billing records in a clean, audit-ready structure.Vendor Payments & Procurement OpsManage vendor onboarding basics and payment processing.Track payables, renewals, and subscriptions; avoid lapses and missed payments.Maintain vendor invoices, agreements, and supporting documents.Expense & Reimbursement OpsCollect receipts/invoices, verify details, and process reimbursements.Maintain an expense tracker and ensure documentation is audit-ready.Ensure policy compliance for meals, cab reimbursements, and business expenses.Compliance Coordination (with CA support)Coordinate GST/TDS inputs and invoice data for monthly filings.Ensure timelines are met by keeping data clean, complete, and ready (no last-minute gaps).Support audit/compliance requests by maintaining structured records.Reporting & Founder Updates (MIS)Share weekly visibility on cash in/out, receivables, payables, and key upcoming commitments.Maintain simple, founder-friendly summaries and flag risks early (missed payments, renewals, overdue receivables).People Ops (HR) + Admin / Office OperationsPayroll & Employee PaymentsCoordinate monthly payroll processing with founders/CA/vendor (salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements).Track salary payouts, variable components (if any), and maintain salary/payment proofs.Support onboarding/offboarding ops: joining docs, payroll setup, final settlement coordination.Leave, Attendance & HR DocumentationMaintain leave tracker (planned/unplanned leaves), comp-offs, and approvals in a clean system.Track and coordinate leave encashment / payment in lieu (as applicable) with proper documentation.Keep basic HR documentation organized: offer letters, ID/address proofs, policy acknowledgements (as required).Office & Admin OpsOwn basic office management: vendor coordination for internet, housekeeping, office supplies, repairs.Track office subscriptions/renewals (software, internet, coworking/lease, pantry, etc.) and prevent lapses.Coordinate travel/admin logistics when needed (bookings, receipts, vendor invoices, approvals).Maintain a clean, shared “ops documentation hub” so nothing is stuck in DMs.Qualifications0–3 years experience in finance ops / business ops / accounting support / operationsStrong follow-through and comfort handling routine + urgency when neededGood Excel/Sheets skills (clean trackers, basic summaries)Comfortable coordinating with vendors/customers and a CADetail-oriented, organized, and strong documentation hygieneBonus: experience handling payroll coordination and basic office ops in a startupCompany Snapshot & PerksRaised a ₹5.1 Cr pre-seed round from Titan CapitalYou’ll work directly with the foundersWe’re expanding to the US and Europe rapidly; first 4 customers converted in the last 45 daysTrusted by leading companies across the US, Asia, and Europe: American Steel Fabricators, SPG Drycooling, Thyssenkrupp, Toyo Engineering, Tata Group, Bajaj, and moreCab reimbursement post 10PM for commute is availableDinner is covered on office expense
