Hiring: EDW Solution Consultant – BI & AnalyticsWe are seeking an experienced EDW Solution Consultant to design and deliver scalable, high-quality Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and close collaboration with business and engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and BI/EDW solution designsDesign and develop technology solutions for the BI space, leveraging existing technologies wherever possibleDevelop technical designs that ensure:ScalabilityMaintainabilitySecurityReliabilityExtensibility and flexibilityAvailability and manageabilityApply architectural and engineering best practices aligned with enterprise standardsCollaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and Developers for successful BI solution deliveryEnsure solutions align with the enterprise architecture strategyIdentify opportunities to standardize and simplify solution architecture to reduce operational costs and improve efficiencySupport Agile delivery through technical guidance and design reviewsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience5+ years of hands-on experience with EDW / data solutions2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BIStrong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts:ETL processesFact and dimension tablesSlowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs)Experience working with SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar platformsExperience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsStrong analytical, design, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with on-shore and off-shore teams
