The candidate will work closely with the Lead engineer, performance team, data ingestion, platform DevOps and data visualization teams under Observability product. As a member of the platform team, the candidate needs to be able to support and maintain the applications onboarded to Grafana Observability, Ingestion and visualization written in PromQL, Log queries, etc., and monitoring technologies.This position will preferably be based out of India GCC, Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:Initiates and facilitates project kick-off and inception activitiesDrives coordinated teams, driving technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, DevOps and quality assurancePartners with Product Management team(s) to develop viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities within a portfolio to ensure that the full potential of a product can be realizedCoordinates execution of development projects from initiation through release, using SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum concepts.Works within and across business units to prioritize, plan, and complete the development schedule for major product releasesExhibits desire to continuously learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies from teams and Agile communityUnderstands Continuous integration and deployment and Exhibits ability to run projects in the Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with multiple outside dependencies and remote project team membersHelp remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.Adopts SDLC methods, Agile values, SAFe principlesManages and supervises team velocity, financials, and other critical metrics in relation to the plan and published progress reportsMaintains dependency plan between planned sprints across engineering, infrastructure, and third-partiesHandles and appropriately raises delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiativesFacilitates discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impedimentsMay perform hands on reviews of product backlog, designs, code, test scripts and results in addressing delivery impediments or product quality issues.Collaborate and work with RTE to contribute to the PI planningTrack iteration progress, contributes to design discussions and issue resolution and removes obstacles to ensure iteration commitments are met.Monitors and ensures compliance with SDLC standards, including ensuring deliverables across engineering teams are high-quality and clearly documented.Has working knowledge and understanding of Agile Software Development Methodology and teamsFinds opportunities to adopt innovative technologiesWe are searching for someone with the following skills:Experience with gathering and organizing large volume of data to use for instrumentation into an Enterprise Observability solution.Good Knowledge and understanding of Azure foundation components e.g. App GW, APIM, Virtual Network, NSG, Load Balancer, Azure VM etc. is
