REDi is hiring: MIS Analyst – RDSS ProjectsLocation: Punjab (Project Sites)Project Type: RDSS – Power Distribution Infrastructure ProjectsCompany: REnergy Dynamics Infraworks (REDi)Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates available within short noticeRole OverviewWe are looking for an MIS Analyst to support planning, monitoring, progress tracking and reporting for RDSS power distribution projects.The role focuses on data integrity, execution visibility and management reporting, enabling informed decision-making at project and leadership levels.This is a controls and analytics role, working closely with project managers, site teams and management.Experience & QualificationsTotal Experience: minimum 3 years, not more than 5 years (experience aligned to budget for this role)Preferred Background: Electrical Engineer, or Planning / MIS professional with experience in T&D / RDSS / DDUGJY / IPDS projectsQualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred, or Diploma / Graduate with planning & MIS experience in power projectsPrior experience in planning, monitoring, MIS or project controls for utility projects is mandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesPreparation and maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reportsTracking feeder-wise, cluster-wise and site-wise progressPlanned vs actual analysis and variance reportingCompilation and validation of data received from site teamsPreparation of dashboards, trackers and summary sheets for management reviewsSupporting Project Managers during review meetings with accurate dataMaintaining document repositories, progress photographs and compliance recordsEnsuring consistency, accuracy and timeliness of reportingSkill ExpectationsBasic understanding of T&D / RDSS project workflowsProficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)Ability to analyse large datasets and highlight trends, gaps and risksBasic understanding of feeder works, HT/LT lines, DTRs, meters and allied activitiesStructured thinking and attention to detailClear written communication for reporting and management briefs Work Ethic ExpectationsBelieves in accuracy, discipline and ownership of dataHigh integrity and commitment to factual reportingComfortable working in fast-paced, compliance-driven utility projectsWilling to coordinate closely with field teams and managementOpen to using digital tools, mobile apps and collaborative reporting platformsThis role requires regular coordination with field teams and strict adherence to reporting timelines.Candidates seeking only desk-based or non-operational roles are advised not to apply.How to Apply: Interested candidates may use the Quick Apply option or WhatsApp their resume with a brief introduction and contact details to: +91 82373 23403
