Job Title: Product Manager (Customer-Facing, Execution-Focused)Location: GoaExperience: 3–6 yearsSalary: Upto 16 LPARole Overview:The Product Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end product execution by working closely with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product development. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, clear documentation of requirements, and hands-on ownership of multiple features running in parallel.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching.Key Responsibilities:Product Execution & PrioritizationManage multiple product features, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyPrioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and dependenciesEnsure smooth progress across parallel initiatives without bottlenecksMaintain strong follow-through to ensure timely deliveryCustomer & Stakeholder CollaborationEngage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and requirementsConduct discovery calls, demos, feedback sessions, and follow-upsTranslate unstructured customer and stakeholder inputs into a clear product directionManage expectations across internal and external stakeholdersRequirement DocumentationCreate detailed, implementation-ready PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDocument functional flows, edge cases, and non-functional requirementsKeep product documentation updated as requirements evolveEnsure clarity and completeness to minimize engineering reworkEngineering CollaborationWork closely with engineering teams during backlog grooming and sprint planningProvide timely clarifications across multiple workstreamsValidate feature builds against documented requirementsSupport UAT, bug triage, and release readinessDelivery & TrackingTrack feature progress across sprints and releasesCoordinate cross-functional dependenciesEnsure end-to-end ownership until successful deliveryPrevent gaps in execution or communicationSkills & Experience Required3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business AnalystStrong customer-facing product experienceExcellent requirement writing and documentation skillsExperience working with Agile/Scrum teamsAbility to multitask and manage changing priorities effectivelyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsTools & TechnologiesJira / Azure DevOpsConfluence / NotionFigma / Lucidchart / Draw.ioAnalytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, etc. – good to have)Interested candidates can send their updated resume to fiona@
