Job TitleScrum Master (Remote – India)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and collaborative Scrum Master to support and guide agile teams in delivering high-quality products. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote agile best practices. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement while working remotely within India.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCoach teams on Scrum principles, agile values, and best practicesRemove obstacles and impediments that impact team productivitySupport the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritizationFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementTrack and report team progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts)Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignmentPromote continuous delivery and improvement of team performanceRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoachStrong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean methodologiesExperience working with cross-functional development teamsProficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsExcellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsPreferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)Experience in remote or distributed agile teamsBackground in software development, QA, or project managementExperience scaling agile practices across multiple teamsSoft SkillStrong leadership and coaching abilitiesAbility to influence without authorityExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAdaptability and a continuous improvement mindsetBenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceFully remote role within IndiaFlexible working hoursProfessional development and certification supportCollaborative and inclusive team culture
