We are seeking an experienced IT Asset & Lifecycle Management Specialist to manageand optimize the end-to-end IT device lifecycle. The role requires strong experience in ITLT and IToperations, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of IT Asset Management processes.This is a remote role supporting global IT stakeholders.Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or IT Lifecycle ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioningSupport in data maintenance of Assets to be disposed.Develop and manage Excel-based trackers and reports.Support in process standardization, and operational improvementsEnsure compliance with ITAM policies, controls, and audit requirementsWork closely with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors across regionsIdentify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in asset lifecycle processesRequired Skills & Experience3–7 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations, or ITLTStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OƯice toolsSolid understanding of IT device lifecycle management (laptops, desktops, peripherals)Experience working with large datasets and asset repositoriesStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skillsPreferred SkillsBasic to intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow (ITAM modules preferred)Exposure to IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
