We are seeking an experienced IT Asset & Lifecycle Management Specialist to manage and optimize the end-to-end IT device lifecycle. The role requires strong experience in ITLT and IT operations, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of IT Asset Management processes. This is a remote role supporting global IT stakeholders.Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or IT Lifecycle ManagementKey Responsibilities Support and manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning Support in data maintenance of Assets to be disposed. Develop and manage Excel-based trackers and reports. Support in process standardization, and operational improvements Ensure compliance with ITAM policies, controls, and audit requirements Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors across regions Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in asset lifecycle processesRequired Skills & Experience 3–7 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations, or ITLT Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OƯice tools Solid understanding of IT device lifecycle management (laptops, desktops, peripherals) Experience working with large datasets and asset repositories Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skillsPreferred Skills Basic to intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow (ITAM modules preferred) Exposure to IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
