Position: Construction Supervisor – Township Project Location:Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh Qualification:Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Experience:4 – 7 Years Employment Type:Full-TimeJob Summary We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Supervisorto manage and execute construction activities for a large-scaletownship projectin Moradabad. The candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring timely completion of civil works as per drawings and specifications.Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential, commercial, and infrastructure works within the township. Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site operations. Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements. Check and verify measurements, BOQs, and material consumption at site. Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and update site records. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide practical solutions at site. Ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of construction materials. Support planning engineers and project managers in achieving project milestones. Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams.Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of civil construction practices related to township projects (buildings, roads, drainage, utilities). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Hands-on experience in RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure development. Familiarity with site documentation, measurements, and billing support. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Eligibility Criteria Diploma in Civil Engineeringfrom a recognized institute. 4–7 years of relevant site execution experience , preferably in township or large residential projects. Willingness to work full-time at site inMoradabad .
