TRS has an opportunity for the right candidates to work for one of India's fastest growing Renewable companies as a Civil Site Engineer. This is a contractual role with FTC duration of 6 months. This can be renewed based on project requirements or the candidate can be transferred to a new project. Food, Accommodation and Travel will be provided on site. Location: Punjab Job Title:  Civil Site Engineer  Location:  Punjab Contract Duration:  6 Months Compensation:  ₹35,000 CTC per month Key Responsibilities: Site Management:  Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Quality Control:  Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements. Safety Compliance:  Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Coordination:  Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Reporting:  Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation of any issues or delays. Problem-Solving:  Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid project delays. Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. 2 years of experience in site execution, with experience in Solar Projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
