Job Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Identify and pursue new customer opportunities via calls, social media, field visits, and networking. Guide the team in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or solutions. Conduct product presentations and ensure clear communication of service offerings. Monitor and maintain accurate records of team sales activities and customer interactions. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required. Address escalated customer concerns, provide solutions, and support team members in handling feedback. Report regularly to management on team performance and feedback. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. Proven ability to lead a team, with a positive and supportive attitude. Quick learner with a strong interest in sales and customer service. Organized, target-driven, and capable of multitasking. Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
