The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data migration, SQL, and modern data engineering tools. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Support and lead Synapse to Databricks migration activities. Understand existing data pipelines, dataflows, and architecture, and contribute to migration planning. Develop and optimize SQL queries , stored procedures, and scripts as required. Work with data engineers to build and maintain data models and ensure data accuracy. Create functional and technical documentation for business requirements and data workflows. Provide insights and recommendations to improve system performance and data processes. Technical Skills Required Azure Synapse Migration experience Databricks (Notebooks, Delta Lake, ETL/Data Pipelines) SQL (Advanced queries, performance tuning) Data Modelling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical Models) Understanding of data lake architectures and cloud data ecosystems Good to Have Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of Azure DevOps Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
