What you will enjoy doing Induction and Onboarding: • Execution of the defined Induction Process and ensure Compliance with the Induction checklist. • Ensure 100% pre joining medical test and Background verification Check before the candidate is onboard • Completion of Induction within stipulated time. • Facilitating Joining & Induction Formalities like taking care of Joining kit, ensuring system and sitting arrangement, releasing welcome mail, ensuring all documentation (PF, Gratuity, ESI, Bank Account, maintain personnel file),etc. • Ensuring all the New joinees get appointment letters. Employee Engagement: • Administration of Reward and Recognition programs • Data management for R&R  • Organize monthly activities in Plant – Birthday celebration etc Trainings & Development: • Training Need identification and preparation of Training Calendar every year in the month of January • Ensure execution of Training as per the plan • Update training calendar as and when required • Recommend Trainers at Plant level after discussion with HODs and BUH. HR Operations  • Personnel file updation • Ensuring Transfer letter and Relieving letter are issued on time and filed accordingly. • Updating Organization chart • Manage MIS for HR Related data like Attrition details, Working Hours, New Joinees and Exits etc • Handle social securities related process, documentation and reimbursements  Admin: • Ticket booking, Vehicle management, clearance of travel bills etc. What makes you great • Full Time Master's degree in Human Resources • Good communication Skills • Microsoft office – especially Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience • Must be a good team player with coordination skills What you can expect working with us We facilitate a smooth start through individual and accurate training as well as professional guidance and support We offer you a challenging task with a high degree of personal responsibility Dynamic working style in a fast-growing region and a dynamic team
