Business Development Manager – Project Funding  Locations: Sikar, Ajmer, Bhilwara  CTC: Up to 7 LPA  Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred in Project Funding / Corporate Lending / Business Loans) Job Responsibilities: Identify and acquire clients for project funding requirements. Manage end-to-end business development cycle – sourcing, meeting clients, documentation, and coordination. Build strong relationships with builders, developers, corporates, and intermediaries. Work closely with credit and operations teams for smooth processing. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements: Proven experience in Project Funding , Construction Finance , LAP , or Corporate Funding . Strong sourcing network in the assigned territory. Good communication, negotiation, and client-management skills. Ability to handle high-value funding proposals. Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
