Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled RF Engineer with a strong background in RF installation and hardware knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BTS (Base Transceiver Station) work and a solid understanding of WAN IP, LAN IP, and RF installation processes.Key Responsibilities:Installation and configuration of the RF equipments, switches and RoutersPerform BTS related tasks, ensuring optimal performance of the link.Manage and troubleshoot WAN IP and LAN IP configurations.Site survey/feasibility for P2MP & P2P Links and reports submissionTroubleshooting of all networks related issues and equipment's.Maintenance of network and customer faults within agreed SLAAttending other proactive activity like KPI Corrections, Dismantling, device Installations etc.Maintain Spares for hardware replacementPreventive Maintenance of Circuits in the cycle of 6 months Corrective Maintenance on the repeated faultsCollaborate with the cross functional team (NOC, TOCO, Microwave, OEM, etc.) to ensure seamless RF operationsUpdating ticket status with ETA and ETR in tool.Provide inputs for updating the Mapa (Database) with accurate site information.Maintaining the relationship with his ckt base customer.Qualifications:Expertise on RF UBR equipments (Cambium, Radwin, HFCL, Maksat, etc.)Works on Switches (ZTE, Huawei, Maksat, etc.) and Routers (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)Ability to install, configure and maintain RF equipment.Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure and tower-related operations.Experience in BTS operations.Familiar with WAN IP and LAN IP.Familiar with safety protocols and equipment.Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a RF Engineer or in a similar role is preferred Experience 1 - 6 Years No. of Openings 30 Education B.E, B.Tech, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Higher Secondary Role RF Engineer Industry Type IT-Hardware & Networking / IT-Software / Software Services Gender Male Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office
