Job description Point to note:-  Must have experience in Branch handling Must have led a team of 5-6 employees Must have complete knowledge of HL, LAP & Mortgage At least working for more than two years in the current organization.  Role & Responsibility:   Oversee and manage sales operations for individual branches, focusing on home loans for rural housing.   Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize market penetration in rural areas.   Mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction.   Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.   Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.   Prepare regular reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.    Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales management, specifically in home loans or mortgage- related roles.    Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.   In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.   Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively.
