Job Title:  Business Development Manager – Micro Mortgage Location:  Sikar CTC:  Up to 6 LPA Product:  Micro Mortgage (Small Ticket Home Loan / LAP) Role Type:  Field Sales | Acquisition Focused Role Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing and driving Micro Mortgage business in the assigned geography. The role focuses on customer acquisition, building local referral networks, and achieving disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
